Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Same product OK, consistent with the description. Note for shop-works on the principle of intermediary, Warehouse in UK does not exist. Instead of 3 days product received after 16stu, ie ordinary shipping from CN.

Everyone needs one of these in their bedrooms, totally not a waste of money! The product came exactly as it had been described. It looks exactly like the pictures. In love with the different colour options of lights and the laser settings. Love being able to switch between using a remote and my phone through bluetooth connection. I didn’t even realise when I bought it that you could play music through it! You can also change the brightness and speed of the ocean. Shipping took a couple weeks but it was definitely worth the wait. So much better than any of my other disco lights.

Shipping 3-dniowa with Polish proved to be shipping 3- tygodniową. Probably faster BYM received the goods if I ordered shipping from China. AND it would be cheaper. Besides OK.

Absolutely worth it! Such a cool product and I was surprised it connected with my google home. The light looks amazing in person. I like how easily one can play around on the Smart Life app to adjust light settings. The ability to use google home to turn it on or off also makes it more convenient! If you dont have it connected to the wifi, the lights touch options are good and allow you to turn off the moon crescent and lasers if you like. It can also flicker with the sounds of the music your playing if you put it on that setting which is pretty cool!
